Room is clean and well-kept. Staff is courteous and the wine hour is really nice. Location is fairly convenient with subway access about 3-4 blocks away.

My one complaint that prevents me from giving it full marks was the fact we were continuously battling with a bad breaker in our room. It would get tripped in the middle of the night and I would have to reset it. I brought this up at least 3 times to the staff and the problem wasn't resolved. Also the AC unit kept dripping condensation on the carpet which made it somewhat unpleasant to walk in the room barefooted. Also brought this up to the staff, they put a fan in the room to dry it one day but the root problem was not fixed and it was wet again.
