I have had the absolute worst experience of my life. It s been 3 weeks and I haven t heard from my agent at all. She decided to take a vacation and ya know just not let me know. Everyone I have spoken to other then Eric has been disrespectful and rude. I ve asked for managers and supervisors and they continue to say they cannot let me speak to a manager. I have been disrespected, humiliated, and not taken seriously. I don t recommend this insurance to legitimately anyone. They are a terrible company with even worse values and I wish nothing but the worst for this company.
