We were greeted right at the door. Definitely a great initial impression. There was a minor holdup with locating keys for a car that was blocking the car which I wanted to test drive. Minor issue but we had to wait for a good amount of time before they were able to locate the keys.

One thing that stood out to me was how far they were willing to work towards what you are looking for. They are efficient and quick to handle the transaction. No pressure, a great customer experience.
