I really love eating here for Miami Spice - I had a fabulous cesar salad, beef pasta and chocolate dessert. The food was plentiful and AMAZING. The view was incredible. I love the ambiance, but today there were several things that were off so I hope the owners/managers see this and do something about it:

1. My entree was covered in parsley so thick that the dish looked green. I do not like parsley so I would have appreciated it if someone would asked me if I wanted parsley all over my meal before serving it this way.
2. I ordered an american coffee with cream and sugar - and they served it with milk and sugar. The person who served this did not speak english (my waiter was nowhere to be found) so it was difficult to explain that I wanted cream instead of milk to someone who could not understand what I was saying.
3. The music was REALLY loud - so loud that we actually had to shout and constantly repeat ourselves throughout lunch to have a conversation.
4. The waiter was kind of lazy - there were extreme delays for our food (took almost 2 hours to eat lunch and we started early at 11:30 am so we would miss any rush), he did not offer fresh cracked pepper or much of anything - but he's automatically tipped for his service regardless, so I guess there is NO incentive to do a decent job. Many of my clients will no longer dine here because they refuse to pay several hundred dollars of auto-tip to an inadequate wait staff while they are trying to enjoy good food, wine and ambience.

Overall, this place is superior when it comes to view and the quality of food - it just seems to be mismanaged or poorly managed to have such problems in such a fantastic place. 5 stars regardless for the amazing deal we got with Miami Spice - although I'd give you 4.5 stars for the "issues" if I had that option! Thank you regardless!
