I contacted these guys to do a preseason check on ...

I contacted these guys to do a preseason check on my furnace from an ad I had seen. Everything was done by phone with their people. It was scheduled for a saturday, 2 weeks in advance. They followed up a week later with a call to make sure all was good.. of which it was and still planned on having them come check everything. Fast forward to the day of service that was scheduled and nobody showed up, nobody called. I finally got in contact with them and asked why nobody showed up for my pre scheduled appointment? The dispatcher or whatever they were claimed "we dont offer any services in your area and nobody will be coming"

HOW? Are you able to schedule an appointment, confirm it, and then realize you dont offer services in my area? Not sure what the real reason or intent was, or if they truly dont offer service in my area but to let it go for so long without so much as a phone call? Bad business practices! Dont waste your time, because your time is obviously not as valuable as theirs!
