Matt did an outstanding job for me when I was buying my second condo and I will definitely engage him for every future transaction. He responded to all questions/concerns/follow-ups nearly instantaneously (I don t know when he sleeps!). Matt s advice and guidance was stellar (he s a no-nonsense kind of guy). His unique knowledge about the area and condo buildings definitely helped me ensure I was making the right decision. Matt handled a very difficult seller with exceptional professionalism. Matt even stayed with me when I walked away from my dream condo at one point because of an issue I was not willing to accept without negotiation (which the seller was not originally willing to discuss).
