Service is atrocious. Our waitress was MIA almost all the time, it took 20 minutes of waiting to even order drinks to start. Then the waitress blatantly spilt oyster juice on a guy at the table next to us. We got bread and butter with HAIR in it which was returned. Then we get our $70 steak which my boyfriend had and my $30 over cooked dry twisted lobster meat with shell in it. The waitress immediately comes over before either of us had a chance to try anything and asks us if everything tastes ok. At this point we were just fed up and wanted to get out of this place since we understand these things happen and figured maybe the waitress was having a bad day, plus we had already spent over an hour and a half just sitting there. However to top it all off, the food made my boyfriend sick, and off of a $70 meal.
I called an hour or so later to tell the restaurant that my boyfriend was sick and the manager obviously was trying to be nice and said he would follow up and call again with no offer to refund us.

Update: we didn't receive a call until two days later with a different manager, Benny. He was very polite and apologetic over the phone and offered us a refund on a gift card. I explained that my boyfriend probably wouldn't want to eat there again given the circumstances and he offered us a very reasonable option of doing a wine tasting instead. I plan to re-review during my next visit.
