Every time I log in to pay my mortgage, I always must obtain a security code from one of my email accounts...this is ridiculous. I use the same computer each time. I have spoken to customer service about this on more than one occasion, but nothing has changed. This is the worst mortgage company I have ever had to deal with. My wife and I have considered refinancing just so we do not have to deal with Dovenmuehle anymore.
