Our experience with Montemar Beach Resort is we were not able to experience it. Our company was looking for a resort in Bataan for our company outing/team building. I was able to communicate with Nikki, the Reservations Officer on March 16, 2017. Well, she told me to wait for the call of their Sales Team. March 20, I followed up Nikki that nobody is calling me yet, so she apologized. March 24, I sent a gentle reminder to check if Montemar can accommodate us. Finally, on March 28, just this morning, after almost 2 weeks of waiting and after 2 follow ups, Montemar's Sales Team called me and she said "Our May 27, 2017 date is fully booked, do you have any other date in mind?" hahaha. Seriously??? After almost 2 weeks and you will say that the date is available no more? I understand if Montemar is fully booked, that is a sign of good business, but does a client need to wait for 12 days just to be informed that they cannot accommodate us? How many days would you realize that you are fully booked on a date? This is just unfortunate as the website and the pictures on it sent us a lot of promises that we would never experience. PS - I was about to post this but they would not let me without shading a star, just an FYI, it was not my intention to shade even half that star.
