I had an issue in my electrical box after the previous owner installed a 10kw system on my roof. Evan called me back immediately after I contacted the headquarters to schedule a date and worked around my schedule, but still came out even when I wasn t around to address the problem. His master electrician and himself fixed the problem in a couple hours, and even though I wasn t able to be there they gave me updates on everything. This was a warranty issue and they addressed the issue right away. Very impressed!
