Terrible!!! Tustin Toyota made it miserable with unnecessary credit check with EQUIFAX.

I obtained a quote from a sale of Tustin Toyota, even though I've searching different kinds like Honda CR-V. I specifically listed what I want and need for RAV4 XLE, no financing, on personal check, including sales tax in pricing out of the door.
As I walked in to Tustin Toyota in the afternoon and checked in with the receptionist for the sales person C.C. I asked him if he has the car that he quoted me still available. C.C. had me on a wait said he'll get me the one he quote me, but it's not here, so he wanted me to test drive one while waiting. It's $1300 more than the one he quoted me. After two and a half hours he then told me the car is sold. He is the sales manager (as he told me all the time). He then got me another one with additional accessory for lot more cost. I want get chance to see more car available, he said no more. He then want me to fill out the "Application" but actually it is a credit application form. I said I'm paying in full with a personal check and that was what I mentioned in the email and at beginning and as when I walked in aforementioned to C.C. and he agreed. He insisted that I have to fill out credit application form or I can't get the car. I kept asking why and he became inpatient, C.C. said he can't sell the car to me then have someone came in insisted that I have to fill out the credit form, saying that it's only the "soft pull", and now he said you have to bring a cashier's check. At this time bank is already closed. He then had me filled out my personal information including name, SSN, address, how long living at that address, two names not relating to me with their phone numbers, etc. He wrote my phone number mistakenly but refused to change. They ran my credit report with Experian and my credit score showing 760. He called C.C. and wanted me to have vehicle insurance COMPREHENSIVE coverage and have the proof copy of insurance email him. I mentioned again, I'm buying on cash, personal check and credit card, the State law only requires liability cover of 10K/30K if you own a car without lienholder, why I have to buy a comprehensive coverage? I called my Insurance Company on very last minute before their closing of day. It took 5 minutes for Insurance to complete and emailed to C.C.'s email @TustinToyota. It took another hour and a half for me to wait, I then met Finance Dept. Manager M.E. He put me on a finance charge of 4.10% for 60 months with finance charge more than $2000 if I don't bring a cashier's check in 15 days. I re-stated that I don't want to finance and I don't need to, I'm paying full with a check which is agreed before I came here as C.C. promised. As sales manager R.F. came in with C.C., M.E., and A. I re-phrased my concerns, I'm buying on personal check which C.C. acknowledge by C.C. on email and phone before I came, why am I finance with 4.10% if my credit score is over 760. (Toyota has promotion for 0% financing if buyer want to qualify). Also why do I have to buy comprehensive insurance coverage? She pointed out that on the contract which says there's no finance charge if paid in 3 days. Then R.F. had M.E. changed the date shorter in 3 days and have me bring a cashier's check or I'm bind on 4.10% finance rate with no answer why put me on finance with good credit score and must pay in full.

It was so late in evening. I'm so tiresome, distress, and felt being treated unfairly as I being told I can't drive that new car home unless a cashier's check swap with personal check.
Next day, Saturday morning, 10:30 am, I got a cashier's check and delivered to Tustin Toyota. However, I found a checklist inside of car indicates roof rails and a first aid kit shall be included but it wasn't, and they never want to give to me.
I called Toyota Corp. but they directed to deal straight with Tustin Toyota. They're not only irresponsible, abolish their reputation, also made your life horrible and miserable.
