The aperitivo was perfect; a well made Aperol Spritz with some very nice olives.

But then things went south...the octopus kale salad was a real disappointment; way too much kale which was so strongly dressed with a spicy dressing that it completely overwhelmed the thinly sliced octopus. Keep it simple; the beans & octopus is already a great combination. For $15, please more octopus and less kale.
My wife had the panzanella salad, nothing wrong with but the entire twigs of mint & basil was a turn off. Finely chop it up please.

They charged me $20 for a glass of mediocre rosso di montalcino. I know this wine region very well and this is way overpriced.

Last but not least the pizza. The kids shared a margarita and I had a salsiccia pizza which costs $19. I love a good salsiccia pizza but this was a disappointment to say the least. The fennel sausage was (lightly) crumbled on the pizza and could not be tasted because of the overload of green & red peppers. Not even sure what the peppers were doing on a salsiccia pizza? Keep it simple, make a margarita and put some decent chunks of sausage on it so you can taste it.

In general the pizza had a crust that lost it s crunchiness and turning soft/soggy quickly.

I m writing this review because I genuinely think these are things they can improve for future customers.
