Stayed here on United's dime as a result of a flight getting delayed beyond the point of making a connection. We were in a tiny wing that I'm assuming is reserved for such things, and as such I'm sure it's not representative of a typical room there. That being said, the room was reasonably clean and modern, and they gladly provided us toiletry items that were in our inaccessible luggage. The main lobby is beautiful, and there's a nice 24/7 cafe. Given that I didn't pay, I can't make a value judgement, but I'm sure you could do worse near O'Hare.
