HORRIBLE experience! Taxi license plate BL6 T704 driver Tomas Jacob picked up my 68 year old mentally delayed sister after communicating to him not to take her he took her to take her money. He deliberately took her and I contacted the office and told them to look in her purse for her doctors report on her mental status.
