The property is nice enough, but I feel like the reviews didn't give an accurate representation of this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool area is under construction, installing a waterfall feature, but still open. We didn't take advantage of that amenity, but it will probably be nice when work is done. The gym is nice for a hotel gym and has enough equipment to get a decent workout. The rooms are their shortfall. The bed is horribly uncomfortable! I expected a 4 star hotel to have a decent mattress, but I've slept on better in cheaper hotels. Add that to the sound of the airport, and sleep becomes a challenge in this place. The airport is so close that you hear every single plane that lands and takes off. The location is good for convenience, but bad for relaxing. We won't be returning to this place, as we could easily find a better hotel for the money.
