They promised me a refund after I returned an item which was not working when I received it, but after 1 month of silence they changed their mind and refused to honour their promise to refund my money. Disgusted with their lack of ethics. Their Disputes team is obtuse and unhelpful. Avoid the aggravation and buy from Shopee - they have better service
