The worst customer service.

The worst customer service.
I tried to purchase a gift card for a coworker.
Part of it on a company card and part on my personal card. Straight forward numbers nothing complicated.
First time they charged my card an amount way over what the 2 charges combined were supposed to be. And then apologized and put my account in the negative. Went all weekend with no access to my funds. By the way, the electronic transaction has to be done by a manager and even stated the amounts on the 2 forms filled out. They still couldnt figure it out.
Then my business card was charged twice, 2 different amounts. THEN once my refund cleared and I allowed them to try again but made sure we quadruple checked the very straight foward amount for each card... they charged my personal card twice causing yet another issue with my account.
All I got was an I am so sorry about that Ms. Gilbertson.
Honestly I don t want the gift card, if you cant manage to charge my cards right I really am not interested in gifting anyone a massage when it could potentially be yet another disaster.
Waiting on you to give me my money back.
Worst experience ever with a spa. Some management staff you have.
