Cabe Toyota was a great choice to buy a new car. I was in dire need of a new a car because my car gave up on me so I contacted numerous dealers that were local to me. I emailed them but I was put off by their responses. I received an email from Cristina Morales and she was very pleasant and wanted to help me out and save me the most money overall. I contacted her and sent her my credit application late Friday evening. The next morning I got great news that my credit application was pre approved. That was a quick turnaround which I was happy with it. She said come in to the dealer so we can go over the numbers. So I went to the dealer and met Cristina. She was very pleasant, genuine, and easy to speak to. I felt very comfortable and at ease. Great customer service! I didn t feel embarrassed or shamed due to my credit situation. They were able to get me the best rate possible for my credit situation. Cristina showed me the Camry SE (which is the car I wanted) and I took it for a test drive. I fell in love with the car! They also had the color I was looking for! Cristina made the process so fast and easy! I was pretty much in and out of there with a new car! Also they have a great complimentary service which consists of 10 years/150,000 miles of free oil and filter change! Joe the Finance manager also gave some great advice! Thank you again Cristina for everything. I will be definitely recommending you and your dealership for any looking to buy a car! Thanks again!!!
