Great location and hotel but front desk staff was really surly and unhelpful when we checked in on 4/18/15 last month. Excellent restaurant, beautiful setting, really a great little "resort" getaway. Just a shame the front desk staff acted like they didn't want to be bothered with very simple requests, like "about what time will our room be ready". All they would say is "it's not ready". Then asked about shuttle service or taxi boat out back -- again no helpful info, you're kind of just on your own. C'mom folks, try harder! I'd give you 4 stars if you would act like professionals, it's not hard to simply give out free info -- you just have to want to!
