I had work done several month s ago. A lady from the office called a few days after the service was completed and I expressed a concern I had to her. She told me my concern and contact information would be passed on to the office manger and that the office manger would contact me. To date the office manager has not contacted me. It is my opinion once you pay the bill the commutation and follow through stops.
