Not even sure where to start. Went shopping for a vehicle. Found a 2017 GMC Acadia with low mileage at Honda. At first salesman was nice. I asked it it had 2 fobs was told it did. Asked if all recalls had been repaired was told they have asked if there when any other issues. Was told no. Decided to take a day and think about it. Got a text from salesman basically he tried to play a family member and I against each other. Fine let that slide. I ended up buy the car. Now I'm told there is no second fob and they will not supply one. Then not even after 30 day the vehicle starts having issues i call everyone is rude and very unhelpful. I ended up taking it to a GMC dealer. Update. Just spoke with a man from Honda. He truly knows what customer service is and he made everything right. Because of his outstanding customer service and manners I decided to change this from a 1 start review to a 4 star.
