This emergency center is horrible. Maybe I've been spoiled by going to clean hospitals where the staff is organized, and the customer service is on point. Because this is the exact opposite. People playing with cockroaches in the lobby, staff mumbling and not communicating what's being done, and then taking forever just to get seen. Needs lots of work!!!! However the OR area is fabulous. The people are knowledgeable and very kind. Just get rid of the emergency center and start over.
