Justin was incredibly rude. I went in to buy 3 filters for $170 and wanted to see about trading in my 10*8 home theatre spa for a new one. I'd ask a question and get a one word answer and then he hands me a receipt and said have a good day. I really came prepared today to purchase a lot more but he clearly judged me by appearance as I just got off work. I'll go spend 18 grand elsewhere. Such a let down today.

Edit so a few hours after posting my review I was contacted by Justin on facebook. Although I found it creepy that he hunted me down like that he did apologize and offer to make things right somehow. After I left his store I did purchase a new spa at a competitor a few miles away. I informed Justin that I am no longer in need of one but he's insistent that I come into the store to meet him. I won't but he is very persistent that I got a bad deal on my new spa and that he being the sales manager can give me a better deal. I won't be doing further business with Master Pools and Spa as a result of this but must acknowledge that he has tried to make right. For me, it should of been right the first time not after I've left the store.

Monday at almost midnight the employee Justin sales manager was still attempting to contact me. Getting to the harassment point.
