I'm updating this review: while I still am not 100% happy with EcoMark, the installation team did a great job and the panels look good. They also went out of their way to try to get the additional funding rebate. I'm still of the opinion that no call/no show is grounds for termination in any field despite a couple inches of snow.

I signed a contract with them back in August and finally my install date is here and they didn't show up, nor did they let me know they weren't coming. Because of this delay, I'm missing out the local rebate as all the funds ran out TODAY. Energy Smart also advised me that EcoMark is overcharging me by about 30% - basically pocketing my portion of the tax refund.
