MY SALES ASSOCIATE WAS JON PUENTE HE WAS NEW TO RICK HENDRICK CITY CHEV. AND I WAS HIS FIRST CUSTOMER AND EVENTUALLY BECAME HIS FIRST SALE. EVEN THOUGH THE VEHICLE I WANTED AT FIRST WAS ALREADY SOLD HE STUCK WITH ME THE WHOLE TIME DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON TO TRY AND FIND ME THE RIGHT VEHICLE FOR MY NEEDS, SO TO HIM I GIVE 10 STARS THAT BEING SAID HIS MANAGER WAS VERY HARD TO DEAL WITH THE VEHICLE HAD MORE MILES ON IT THAT WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD TO ME AND I COULDNT GET HIS MANAGER TO COMPENSATE FOR THE ERROR IT WAS A 6000 MILES DIFFERENCE, EVEN DISCUSSING INTEREST RATES THE MANAGER SAID THAT THEY DONT GIVE 2.9 INTEREST RATES ON USED CARS, SO I HAD TO PROVE HIM WRONG AND I DID RECEIVE A 2.9% INTEREST RATE. AND IF THAT DONT BEAT IT ALL WHILE I WAS AT THE DEALERSHIP TRYING TO DO ALL THE PAPERWORK TO GET THE CAR WHICH WAS ON A SATURDAY RIGHT B4 NEW YEARS I RECEIVED A HAPPY NEW YEAR CARD FROM RICK HENDRICK CITY CHEV. THAT HAD A SALES GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR $500 OFF A NEW OR USED VEHICLE I TOLD JON ABOUT IT AND HE SAID HE WOULD ASK HIS MANAGER ABOUT HONORING IT I EVEN ASKED FOR A $200 GIFT CARD OR SOMETHING INSTEAD BUT THE MANAGER REFUSED TO HONOR IT. SO HOW WOULD YOU RATE THE MANAGEMENT PART?
