Good view of the city! The live tour feature was very fun and interesting. The downstairs of the bus was incredibly hot on ALL buses I went on. The upstairs never opened up, but that's not really their fault. However, I found some of the drivers to be rude, the people giving the tour weren't talking loudly and weren't very exciting/engaging, and I got charged twice and when I asked why/for a refund they just kept saying "check website, go on website" so of course I can't go on the website until I am home and when I am finally able to submit something about the double charge, I get an email saying I won't hear back for 15-20 DAYS!!!! DAYS!!!!! They were sure quick to take my $122, but not quite as quick to help out a customer. Do another tour, this one if not worth it.
