The process of getting mugs done for our business ...

The process of getting mugs done for our business was somewhat disconnected and confusing between the sales person, graphic designer, and us. After the designer came up with some excellent logo medallions, the process fell apart when we wanted to order samples for final determination of mug style. We ordered 3 sample mugs and expected to pay according to the amount clearly specified on their own terms and conditions. Perplexed why they were charging us something different then what their website said we emailed their own policy to them and the " manager" refused to honor that price. We were talking about a 15.00 difference but the point being, this company decided to change their own terms and either like it or move on. We even left a message on their FB page and received no response to our complaint. Only then did they change their policy on the internet. The " manager" caused the loss of an 800+ sale over 15.00
After we told the sales staff we were no longer interested in moving forward with them, they offered the samples for free.
The whole situation was a slimy, unethical move.
Amazed us that when we sent the manager a copy of their own fees regarding samples, that he/she would not honor it.
