Staff was unfriendly & unhelpful - newly hired staff per handy man employee on site. Breakfast was mediocre. The worst part was having our car window busted out just a couple hours before we were about to leave. They took everything inside the car & trunk. Branson police took over an hour to respond when we called them. The officer subtly let us know this would probably go no where (and it didn't). Found out the night desk guy had let his drug dealer buddy stay in a room for free the night we were burglarized. Also day desk guy told us a lot of money was taken from the hotel safe too. I wanted all our money back for our stay, but the owner would not consent. The front desk guy finally took off the room charge for the last night b/c off the break in. There were no places open to get parts or get the window replaced in or around Branson on Saturday or Sunday, so we had to drive the car back to TX with earplugs & plastic covering the driver's window. Not really safe for driving and not being able to see if someone is next to you on the highway. Our advice is NEVER stay here, no matter what price they give you - it isn't worth the pain. We lost all our photos & videos from all the shows we attended when they took our cameras, and all Christmas presents we had bought for friends & family & numerous other valuable items. We also found out another vehicle was broken into the same night, but not sure what was taken from them. They were checking out too. Nothing to show we ever went to Branson, except a police report, but we do have a new driver's window that cost a bundle too.
