Simply THE BEST. I absolutely love this place, and all the coaches (Rob, Manuel, Dave, Chris, Debbie, and others) are all AMAZING specially Rob - he is an EXCELLENT coach! This place feels like home. It was my first Crossfit experience and now I am hooked forever.
So would I recommended this place to others - ABSOLUTELY YES!!
