Tom in the express lube is a stellar employee! I arrived for an appointment I thought I had booked online but I hadn t gotten a confirmation and Tom couldn t find the appointment in his software. Not to worry. Tom was professional, courteous, helpful, sympathetic;, and was able to slip me in on a Saturday afternoon no less. In the past 3 years I ve not had a bad experience in the service area and Tom is a prime example of the great staff at Dorsh. To top it off I had a pleasant conversation with Chris Dorsh while waiting - Chris had been my sales person in the past - and surprisingly remembered my first name.

Nice job Dorsh Staff. I left with quite a smile on my face
