Almost perfect here. Most of the staff is courteous and friendly. Booked a few excursions, excellent. Took a surfing lesson, great instructor! The resort is clean and well maintained. Only downfall, they need to teach the bartenders how to stop watching the tv and talking amongst themselves when they have customers. I had to ask for service every time the 1st night. I have heard the same complaint from other vacationers here! Train the bar staff to give better customer service and you'll get a 5 star review!
