The hotel offers many amenities and my room was very clean. However there were certain features missing that makes it feel dated, e.g. a panel to control all room lights, noisy climate control, etc. Outside of this, the service is your usual JW Marriott and the location is great for business or leisure travel if you aim to stay in Manhattan.
