Here today for the Take action film festival which was showing several documentaries. The Playhouse is an old style seated theatre but still comfortable and warm which was lovely given the chilly weather outside. I purchased tickets via the website on the day of performance before arriving. Tickets being collected at booking desk. Straightforward. The bar/restaurant has a choice hot/cold food and drinks with a selection of cakes/sweet treats available. There is also an option of purchasing sweets/crisps/soft drinks just outside the cinema area. Plenty choice. Staff are polite and happy to help.
