As I sit on hold currently at 55 minutes I think they are purposely not going to pick up again. The first time it took 35 minutes to answer. They bought my loan and now I have to chase them down to send in Homeowner insurance info. to my insurance company. I would like to send them a bill for my time. Bulls**t.
