Heather Kemp from PorchLight is amazing! She walked us through the process step by step and when we had issues, she would be proactive in helping us resolve it. We were selling my mother-in-law's house and my mother-in-law has Alzheimers and was very upset about her house being sold. Heather went out of her way to be mindful of her feelings and took extra time to explain things to my mother-in-law. We so appreciated Heather's ability to think and plan ahead, helping us and working so hard to make this home sale more of a celebration than a loss.
