I would give Town Audi of Englewood, NJ a zero. My sales representative was Venedra Williams, first off I waited for over an hour to see her although I had an appointment to see a Audi A3. I made an appointment to see a specific car, but when I got there the car was not available to be seen. I made an offer and left a $500 down payment on May 30. I ended up purchasing another car from another dealer less than 48hrs. Venendra Williams told be she would ensure my down payment was refunded in 7-10 business days. After 2 weeks of leaving numberous voicemails, I finally spoke to Venedra Williams, and she stated that the Finance team never processed the refund, but they will do it right away. Three days later I received a call that my credit card # was needed to process the refund. I provided all the information needed, but guess what?? 3 weeks later and still no refund!!! It s been over a month now, and still no refund. This is the worst experience I ve ever had with a dealership. I ended up purchasing a car from Audi Meadowsland. I highly recommend staying away from Town Audi of Englewood.
