Insurance agents call me daily soliciting my business. Usually the caller doesn't know answers to questions I ask. I dreaded the calls! Then one day Teri Rank called. Question after question I asked. She answered all. She guided me through something I thought was complicated and made it simple and streamline. She took the time to ask about my lifestyle (like to travel) and advised that I did not need a full and more expensive supplemental policy. That sold me. I hope she knows what peace of mind she brings to those who are lucky enough to have her as their agent.
