So disappointed the way the staff handled the end lease of my LE Camry 2017 which I had back in 2016, the lease is ending Sept 07, approx. a month ago I went to Toyota of El Cajon to check my options for the lease renewal, 1st visit with Chris was bad, on the 2nd visit I met with Mamodou, we made agreement on a deal for $/month no down payment for a Corolla 2020 LE with a premium package which I remember it had a powered driver seat because I asked for such a feature. I signed the papers and we were up to close the deal. when suddenly with a blink of an eye everything was changed, Marwan came out saying that my credit score would not allow the renewal and I need a co-signer, I said but I didn't miss any payment for the last 3 years, not even late payment or whatsoever, he replied I cant do anything about it, its Saturday, TFS must approve it and now its too late they are closed therefore we have to wait till Monday, so we left with no deal, next day I called TFS, they confirmed I have no delinquencies on the record, they added its up to the dealer to find a way to make it happen, returned back home and had a chat with the wife since she's the one driving the car and we decided to hold on the deal and wait for the Camry 2020 which supposedly to come out some time of October, so I called TFS and asked for lease extension on my current Camry, granted extension for 6 more months.

3 weeks passed, we felt we don't want to wait for the Camry so we went back, we were informed by Mazen and Khalil that Marwan was the one gave us SUCH deal, he's on vacation now, come back later or call when he is back, after several calls and non responses to the messages, I went back for the 3d time with my daughter as a co-signer thinking to close the corolla deal, the answer was they no longer have the paperwork!, so they started another file and everything seemed going smooth until Mazen said we don't have the corolla 2020 LE with premium package in our yard and we gotta find one from other dealers!, once we find one will call you, then got back home, Marwan called saying he gotta check something and he will get back me, guess what? he never did, then Mazen texted me with a message saying I must put $2000 down then he added check with Marwan tomorrow, apparently as I put it all together they were bluffing all the time just to back off the deal, I called Marwan for the last time and as expected he did not answer nor replied to my voice message!!!

So frustrated the way I was treated, not sure what kind of show they were putting there?, and what would the owners do about it?, probably nothing since the business is going good, and they don't care if they lose one rogue customer!!!
