Dealt with Danielle Ferguson at Ideal Collections and she was the most disrespectful representative. Her attitude and tone when dealing with customers is totally unprofessional, unethical and unbecoming. She was hostile and disrespectful with no tact in how she speaks. I hope that no one ever has to deal with her and the nasty attitude she carries.
