I went here and 7 items were charged to my room without my knowledge. Apparently they do not ask for a signature or ID and expect you to pay this amount. When I asked for a refund Michelle said I could get a partial refund, but not the whole thing. I bought a salad that I was willing to pay for, not 7 items. I will be making sure my company chooses the Embassy Suites down the street. Do not stay here, their crooks.
