Rudy Melendrez was very helpful and knowledgeable. This past weekend I purchased a new faucet assembly but soon realized I was in over my head with the repair and even after attempting to pull the old cartridge from the old faucet assembly proved to be just as difficult I decided to call TLC. Rudy was able replace the old cartridge and happy install a garbage disposal, I also purchased recently, on a moments notice. Thank you for all the hard work. I will definitely use TLC in the future.
