I've always been a little leary of TLC, because I've dealt with them in the work environment, and I knew that they were a little pricey. I've also learned that you get what you pay for. And I can't say enough good things things about TLC! Our almost-20 year old evap cooler died, in August's triple digit heat. I have respiratory problems and 3 indoor dogs, so going the traditional route of ordering the replacement and then scheduling the installation and all that jazz wasn't going to cut it. We needed an immediate replacement. We didn't think we were going to get it, but we were hopeful. Called TLC at 8:00am, and about 45 minutes later, the crew of Brandon Saiz and Morrison Garcia were at the door. They assessed the job quickly and presented the estimate for replacement. When we inquired about a higher horsepower motor for the unit, Brandon added it without changing the estimate price! That's unheard of! Brandon and Morrison hauled off the old unit, and by 1:00pm, the new unit was installed and cooling our house again. And they cleaned up so well, no one would ever be able to tell they were there at all! So, yes, it was a little bit more costly than a competitor might have been, but you're not going to get the speed, quality, courtesy, and level of customer service they provided at bargain basement prices. TLC has just earned a loyal customer!
