We appreciate Dr. Tom and his knowledge. His clinical team is fantastic.

Update: While initially they were fantastic, the front office staff needs training. They re unable to answer questions, always deferring to a nurse. They lack knowledge to give estimates for common procedures such as spays & neuters. When attempting to get an appointment for my dog who is struggling with allergies, they couldn t get me in for a week. When I became frustrated because my dog is uncomfortable, Kim, told me she had five emergencies from the weekend. A true emergency would have went to an after hours facility during the weekend. The lack of empathy and compassion received is appalling considering the fees charged. I made the decision to pay a premium for premium care. Clearly it s not consistent. We called Big Creek they offered a same day appointment.
Their doctor and staff were caring and understanding. Had a decided to stay with ACOC my dog would still be uncomfortable waiting for an appointment.

Disappointed. Wish we could get our money back for the overcharged vaccines and heartworm/flea prevention.
