I cant say I enjoyed my time as a temporary employ...

I cant say I enjoyed my time as a temporary employee for Takumi Stamping. The overtime at this company, is mandatory. So say goodbye to your weekends and your life if you become a member of their "family" I thought forced labor was illegal, but apparently if you make car parts it isn't.

Having no service on my phone, I worked a entire day unaware that I was actually fired. You guys could just came and told me to leave, I have a family who I could have spent that half a day with. The upper management and office people of this company are OK I guess, nobody was a problem or unprofessional really, everyday i worked my boss told me good job at the end. The only thing that was different on that day, is a really inappropriately timed meeting during most peoples only real break, the 45 minute lunch, which left me with only 10 minutes to sit down, and even less time to eat, which I needed to because I was crashing.

So I don't know why you guys let me go, but i guess all I can say is, most of your loyalist employees, talk crap about the upper management, constantly behind your backs and directly to temps. Your forcing them to work non stop has breed nothing but resentment and contempt for all of you. Nobody wants to work 6-7 days a week while being told that if they don't they will lose their job. You wonder why your numbers are terrible? Why last weekend was the best weekend you've had in a long time? Its because nobody really cares, because you make them work mandatory overtime.
