Brody came out today to take a look at our 2004 Rheem system which was diagnosed as Cactus (technical term and fully expected) he then ran us through a number of options, provided us pricing and guidance and explaind the price differences with other providers online that we had found to the extent that we were satisifed that whilst this may not be the best pricing we could have got it was good, convenient pricing considering the warranty and items included and avoided me having to run around to find the very best price.

Brody explained the available finance options ran us throught the paperwork and installed a temporary system, then he rang through to the office and provided us with the time that the installation team would arrive to fit the new system the next day.

So far so good, we're looking forward to the new system being installed with the same level of profficiency and professionalism that we found with Brody today.
