I scheduled an appointment for an oil change / tire rotation. My check engine light has also came on so they were scheduled to look into that. My appointment was scheduled for 8:45. When I arrived I was informed that it would 1.5-2 hours because I was scheduled through something other than the oil change department. I asked to take my son to the Nature Center . I called at 10:20 & was told my car had not been taken back yet. I called to be picked up & returned to the dealership. We waited 45 minutes in the heat . I called after 30 minutes and was told they had forgot to send someone to get us. The entire process was frustrating .
