I have been a customer of SS for nearly 3 years. The staff is especially knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I have never experienced the "pushy salesman" experience as some of the previous reviews have stated and I have been in the store nearly twice per month servicing my mountain bike, buying parts, clothing, etc. over the past 3 years.
I most recently brought my bike in after completing the Leadville MTB race to have the front Crossmax hub serviced only to find out I was out of warranty by 3-4 weeks. SS was able not only to fix the hub but also went to battle with Mavic for me and was able to get the work to be done under warranty saving me nearly $100. This is a true service oriented LBS. I will never buy a bike from any other LBS in town and plan on purchasing a new bike in the next 6 months from Sport Systems.
