Yesterday, I had our 2010 Honda Accord Coup serviced at Honda at Tyson's Corner. Our service advisor is Steve Farr. He has always serviced our car and has done an amazing job. We always call for an appointment only with Steve because we trust his judgement and professionalism. On occasions when we have to or choose to wait, Steve will frequently check on us in the customer lounge to make sure we are doing ok or in need of anything as well as offer updates on the service. He always remembers our name and asks about our family. Steve truly goes above and beyond what anyone would expect.
