We saw Wassail, a feast of comedy and song, two hours of delight. It was cold but the mulled wine and blankets soon had us toasty. We sang along with the carols and cheered or booed like in a pantomime, heat fun. Felt sorry for the people in the pit as it poured down the whole time. Nonetheless they sang and conga-ed around in high spirits. Excellent afternoon Xmas treat.
