I cannot recommend Peggy Chervenak s services enough. I moved to Denver from the northeast and had a small window of time to come out and find my perfect home. While I found the task daunting, Peggy made herself completely available to me and came extremely well prepared with a list of neighborhoods and properties that met my expectations, as well as my pie-in-the-sky hopes for a new home. Along with her professional and expert advice, Peggy s special insight and attention to detail made the entire experience enjoyable, educational and a lot of fun! She had no ulterior motive, making me feel extremely comfortable to tell her exactly how I felt about each property.
